The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is because one of them doesn’t work as well as the other two. It seems a little loose and you have to hack away at the wick from several angles to get it to cut. The other two work perfect.Easy to useThey are well made and a good buyNice and solid feel but.... I’ve never used wick trimmers before, but I expected them to be sharper. You have to hold the wick then cut up at an angle... maybe my cheap candle wick was too waxy. I think I’ll just keep using toe nail clippers the cuts cleaner and easier.Cutting the wicks with scissors never was accurate, and sometimes I just couldn't get into the candle jar that well. These are perfect. I'll be buying more for gifts.You ever try reaching the wick of your candle with scissors? Getting black soot all over your hand? Not even cutting the wick properly because it’s not at the right angle? SOLUTION. Why did I not think of getting these sooner?! One less frustration in my life as an avid candle burner.
